Reyhana has covered roles at senior levels across various industries from oil and gas, nuclear, finance to investment banking with experience in working within SMEs as well as large international corporate organisations from private to semi government owned.
During this period, Reyhana has specialised across various roles including global recruitment and selection, global mobility, restructuring and HR business partner roles. She has been involved in setting up a recruitment function for a start-up and assisted in developing policies and procedures for their HR function.
Reyhana also coaches business owners to help them grow their business. She is an associate consultant of Evolve and Grow through the company delivers coaching services to clients.
Reyhana is qualified to M.Comm level in Organisational Psychology and is a registered Organisational Psychologist. She is also a qualified NLP Coach as well as a Master NLP Practitioner.
