Jo-Ann spoke with Bruno, a solicitor and a director at the law firm Cassadys Solicitors which is based in the City. Bruno has extensive experience in providing legal advice and representation to the start-up community having previously been the exclusive legal counsel to the entire membership of the London Entrepreneurs Network, and now a mentor at Level 39 which is one of London’s leading start-up incubators. From his deep understanding of the community Bruno has developed an approach that is accessible, flexible, hands-on and client focused.

He has extensive experience in the legal issues companies may face such as intellectual property, contracts, employment law issues, and Bruno also has 10 years worth of experience in advising clients on business immigration and immigration for EU nationals.
Bruno’s legal practise is heavily focused on start-ups and SMEs because he has a passion for seeing young businesses grow confirmed through his first hand experience of starting up a successful law firm. Bruno has 3 University degrees and outside of work his interests include running and reading.
